The power and simplicity of bubble mixing, sequentially injecting compressed air (or any inert gas) beneath discs (accumulator plates) at the bottom of the tank, is the heart and genesis of PULSAIR Systems, Inc. The powerful mixing tank system of Pulsair consists in the mixing and blending of liquids. Moreover this innovative technology uses sequentially injected bursts or pulses of compressed air or gas. In this way these pulses are released through a series of flat, round disks called accumulator plates that are secured to the tank bottom. By strategically locating the accumulator plates on the tank floor, virtually 100% of the tank’s liquid contents can be uniformly mixed.

This provides customers with the best sleeve life in the industry. Every sleeve is compression-molded during the vulcanization process. The tolerance on Onyx sleeves is +/- 0.005 inches on the wall thickness from end-to-end. This unmatched level of precision produces sleeves that consistently provide superior life under the harshest conditions.
The Turbon mixer combines several independent actions into a simple controlled operation for modern processing. The Turbon mixer works significantly faster than conventional mixers because of the increased re-circulation provided by the Turbon head. For operations such as dispersing, dissolving and emulsifying, the Turbon mixer is the most efficient and effective mixing/processing method available. The Turbon is a complete system with its three shear stages operating continuously to provide optimum performance. Each section performs a specific function within the mixing system.
Fluid Dynamics / DynaBlend:   The dynaBLEND® began in a way many products do, a few creative people with some ingenious ideas. The result was a revolutionary new non-mechanical polymer blending system. Following extensive research and collaboration with leading polymer scientists, Fluid Dynamics refined and patented the dynaBLEND polymer blending technology in 1985. Over 20 years and thousands of installations later, Fluid Dynamics stands as one of the premier polymer equipment companies in the world and is staffed with some of the leading polymer equipment engineers in the US. Our technical staff is specifically dedicated to the development and application of polymer equipment. Though attempts have been made to imitate the dynaBLEND system. Initial skepticism has turned into praise from all aspects of the industry, from engineers to end users.
